Isle of Man copper penny token dated 1811. Struck in Birmingham by the Castletown partnership of Quayle, Taubman and Kelly, formed in 1802 and reformed in 1811 as Quayle, Cotteen and Lightfoot. Obverse: Value in centre with legend: "ISLE OF MAN BANK PENNY 1811". Reverse: Triskeles with legend: “QVOCVNQVE GECERIS STABIT” (which ever way you throw it, it will stand). Reasonable collectable condition, cleaned in the past, see photograph.
