William Moss & Company's Carmarthen (Carmarthenshire) copper penny token dated 1813. Obverse: The Shield of Arms of Carmarthen: "CARMARTHEN PENNY". Reverse: Legend on eight lines within an oak wreath: "PAYABLE BY WILLM MOSS CARMARTHEN - SWANSEA. - AND AT JACOB & HALSE LONDON 1813". Centre-grained edge (\\\\\). William Moss was an ironmonger with businesses in Carmarthen. Nice collectable condition, see photograph.
