Joseph Parker’s Walsall (Staffordshire) copper penny token dated 1811. Obverse: Bust of Druid to left with legend: “PAYABLE BY JOSEPH PARKER.”. Reverse: Legend on five lines within oak wreath: “WALSALL TOKEN ONE PENNY 1811”. Plain edge. These were issued by Joseph Parker who was a locksmith in Walsall.
