Obverse: Bust to left with star on sceptre handle, tressure of six arcs with trefoils in spandrils, double cross stops with legend: "+ROBERTVS ‡ DE[I ‡ GRA ‡ R]EX ‡ SCOTTORVM". Reverse: Cross with mullets in each quarter and legend on two lines: "+DNS PTECTOR MS +I+ LIBATORMS", "VILLA EDINBVRGH".
