David II Third Coinage Edinburgh Groat with Double Saltire Stops

David II (1329-1371), silver groat (four pence), third (light) coinage (1367-1371), Edinburgh mint. Obverse: Bust to left with star on sceptre handle, trefoils within tressure of six arcs, and double saltire stops (Very Rare) with legend: "DAVID DEI GRA REX SCOTORVM". Reverse: Cross with mullets in each quarter and double star stop (Scarce) after DNS on the outer circle with "VILLA EDINBVRGH" on inner circle. Reasonable collectable condition on irregular flan, see photograph.
