Alexander III Penny Class "E2-E" Perth Mint

Alexander III (1249-1286), silver penny, second coinage, class E2/E with unbarred "A" and incurved uprights. Two mullets of six points and two stars of seven points giving a total of twenty-six points thus indicating a supposed mint town of Perth. Reasonable collectable condition a small flan, see photograph.
