Alexander III Perth Penny Class "Mc2-D" Mule

Alexander III (1249-1286), silver penny, second coinage, class "Mc2-D" mule. Two mullets of six points and two stars of seven points giving a total of twenty-six points thus indicating a supposed mint town of Perth. Good collectable condition, see photograph.
