Worcester (Worcestershire) brass Conder farthing token dated 1788. Obverse: Laureate bust of George III to right with legend: "GEORGIVS III DEI GRATIA •" and manufacturer's initials below "C•I". Reverse: Cornucopia, musical instruments and a book lying on an altar with legend: "WORCESTER AUGUST 6 1788". Scalloped edge. This was issued to celebrate George III's visit to Worcester and was probably used as a gaming piece. Good collectable condition, see photograph. D&H Worcestershire No: 42. Diameter 21.5mm.
