Scarce Donald’s Birmingham (Warwickshire) copper halfpenny token dated 1792. Obverse: Legend: “DONALD & CO STOCKING MANUFACTURERS WHOLESALE & RETAIL. HALFPENNY PAYABLE AT”. Reverse: Bees swarming around a beehive within a circle of leaves with legend: “No 29 BULL STREET BIRMINGHAM 1792”. Plain edge. Listed in "Dalton & Hamer" as "SCARCE".
