Mary Lambe's Bath (Somerset) copper Conder farthing token dated 1795. Obverse: A tea chest inscribed: "M. LAMBE & SON GROCERS BATH", separated by some Chinese characters with legend: "SPICES TEAS SUGARS COFFEES". Reverse: A monogram cypher of: "LL" in centre with legend: "A BATH FARTHING TOKEN 1795". Plain edge. Mary Lamb & Son were grocers and tea dealers of Stall Street in Bath. Lovely collectable condition with some original lustre remaining, see photograph.
