Sim's London (Middlesex) copper halfpenny token undated. Obverse: Bust of David Garrick, the famous actor, to the right with legend: "WE NE'ER SHALL LOOK UPON HIS LIKE AGAIN". Reverse: The mask of comedy with a trumpet through the eye and the mask of tragedy with a dagger through the eye with legend: "SIMS RUSSELL COURT". Plain edge. Sim was the owner of the Garrick Head public house who later became a theatrical agent while his daughter was an actress.
