Rare Myn's Goudhurst (Kent) copper halfpenny token dated 1794. Obverse: Kentish horse prancing to the left with legend: “KENT HALFPENNY TOKEN 1794” with “M” countermark. Reverse: Shield of arms of the City of Canterbury with legend: “FOR GENERAL CONVENIENCE”. Edge inscription: “PAYABLE BY W. MYNS GOUDHURST + + + +”.
