Very rare John Baliol (1292-1296), silver halfpenny, smooth issue. Obverse: Bust left with legend: "IOHANNES DEI GRA". Reverse: Two mullets of six points with legend: "REX SCOTORVM". Listed in Stewart's "The Scottish Coinage" as "VERY RARE". Reasonable collectable condition on full flan, see photograph. Spink No: S.5074. Diameter 15mm.
