Reverse: Medieval scene of soldiers manning battlements and crossing counterbalanced drawbridge with legend: “CLIFFORD’S TOWER A.D.1100”. Edge inscription: “YORK BUILT A.M. 1223 CATHEDRAL REBUILT A.D. 1075”. Detailed token in lovely collectable condition, see photograph.
