Heath's Braziery & Cutlery Bath Halfpenny 1794

Heath's Bath (Somerset) copper Conder halfpenny token dated 1794. Obverse: Crowned and bearded bust to left with quiver of arrows over shoulder: “BLADUD FOUNDER OF BATH. SUCCESS TO THE BATH WATERS”. Reverse: A large decorated tea urn: “IRONMONGERY BRAZIERY & CUTLERY”, “F. HEATH 1794”. Edge inscription: “PAYABLE BY F : HEATH BATH ---+++++++”. Heath was an ironmonger, brazier and cutler with his business situated in Bath. Ex-David Pottinger Collection. Lovely collectable condition, see photograph.
