Shrewsbury (Shropshire) copper Conder halfpenny token dated 1794. Obverse: The Arms of the Borough of Shrewsbury consisting of three leopard’s faces on a shield: “SHREWSBURY HALFPENNY 1794”. Reverse: A large woolsack: “SALOP WOOLLEN MANUFACTORY”. Edge inscription: “PAYABLE AT LONDON LIVERPOOL OR BRISTOL”. Lovely collectable condition, see photograph.
