Knight and Lion Shield Convenience London Halfpenny 1795

Political and Social Series London (Middlesex) copper Conder halfpenny token dated 1795. Obverse: Helmeted bust of a knight to the right with legend: “FOR GENERAL CONVENIENCE”. Reverse: Shield of lion rampant on tassels with legend: “HALFPENNY TOKEN 1795”. Diagonally milled edge. Nice collectable condition from weak strike, see photograph.
