Liverpool (Lancashire) copper Conder halfpenny token dated 1793. Obverse: Man of war in full sail to right: “LIVERPOOL HALFPENNY”. Reverse: Cormorant in shield surmounted by another, both holding seaweed in beaks, with bulrushes either side: “DEUS NOBIS HÆC OTIA FECIT 1793”. Milled edge. Ex-Neil Beaton Collection.
