Reverse: A stern view of the man-of-war “Royal George”: “PROSPERITY TO THE WOODEN WALLS OF OLD ENGLAND”, “KENT HALFPENNY 1795 TDH”. Edge: “PAYABLE AT THO’S HAYCRAFTS DEPTFORD”. Thomas Haycraft was an ironmonger with a business in Deptford. Good collectable condition with slightly uneven colour, see photograph.
