Talbort Fyan’s Dublin (County Dublin) copper Conder halfpenny token dated 1794. Obverse: A sugar loaf and a bottle of brandy: "TALBORT FYAN GROCER POOLBEG STREET DUBLIN * 1794". Reverse: Standing figure of blindfolded Justice holding scales and a sword: "FOR THE HONOR AND USE OF TRADE.". Edge inscription: "HALFPENNY PAYABLE AT DUBLIN CORK OR DERRY". Talbort Fyan was a grocer and confectioner with a business at No. 18 Poolbeg Street, Dublin. Nice collectable condition, see photograph.
